 Large, lush garden with a beautiful, heated saltwater pool and patio where you will encounter ocean and mountain views of both sides of the house, this area is the finest place where your family can relax and play.

 The property offers a fully secure environment with outdoor beams, electric fencing and passive internal motion sensors.

PARKING

 We have two enclosed secured parking spaces on the premises and additional street parking.

BACKUP SYSTEM INCASE OF LOAD SHEDDING

 We have backup power supply system but is only there to provide basic power such as for lights, some plugs, TV, WIFI and garage door.

MEET & GREET

 There are two staff members who are living on the property separately from the house at your convenience, but guests will still have their privacy. Lavinia the House Manager, Georgina & Heskey will be available to meet and greet you at your arrival. The two staff members know the house best and will be assisting throughout your stay. Lavinia the House Manager can help assist you with a private chef (breakfast, lunch or dinner), tailor made tours, chauffeur drive, massage and even grocery shopping (before your arrival) and any other services possible to make your stay as memorable as we can, at an additional cost.

MASSAGE AT THE VILLA

 Enjoy a relaxing massage at the villa during your stay, no need to visit a Spa. We have a professional massage therapist who specializes in different massages to help relax the mind and body. Her contact details will be shared after the booking is confirmed.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE

 As for chef services kindly note we work with a reputed chef company called Chef n Guests. They can offer you two options:1) A fixed fee for a Chef2) An a la carte service. Their contact details will be shared after the booking is confirmed.

PRE-SHOPPING AT ARRIVAL

 Kindly note, we have a lady who can pre-shop groceries or alcohol on your behalf prior to your arrival. Her fee is betweenR350 to R450. Contact details will be shared after confirmation.
