THE SPACE
This large villa is both spacious and bright with each level enjoying spectacular ocean and mountain views from sunset to sundown. The villa offers generous living spaces, with 4 separate lounge areas to ensure everyone can get some quiet time! There is a cleverly designed, wind secluded, swimming pool with a terrace for outdoor dining, a BBQ and a rooftop Jacuzzi with its own separate deck area. The villa has a secure garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a private lift. We can also provide a complimentary baby cot and baby gates, if required.

The villa come with a full-time housekeeper who provides daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard. (Monday to Friday 09h30 to 4pm). Weekends on request (at an additional fee).

Open planned living spaces, lots of natural daylight and stunning views in the living room. The elegant styling and décor give comfortable, spacious and a homely feel to the villa, with a fireplace and the Open plan flows onto a dining area and a beautiful terrace to view Lions Head.
The Kitchen
The Kitchen Counter and is fully equipped, including a hob and oven as well as a microwave and a coffee machine (modern appliances).
Laundry & Dry Cleaning
There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the utility room. Laundry is done by the Housekeeper every second day and is also ironed. Linen and towels are changed every third day. For additional washes & ironing undertaken by the Housekeeper Michelle, and additional cost R100 per load will apply.
