Bookings

1. For bookings where the arrival date is more than 7 days in the future, 50% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the check-in date.
2. Regular reminders will be sent to settle the outstanding 50% from 7 days prior to arrival. If we have not received the remaining 50% of the booking prior to arrival, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and enforce the cancellation policy.
3. If the initial 50% payment has not been received within 48 hours of making the booking, the booking will be cancelled and calendar opened up again.
4. For bookings where the arrival date is less than 7 days in the future, 100% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking.
5. Under no circumstances will keys be given to the guest until 100% of the booking is paid.
6. For every 7 days of occupancy there will be mandatory clean billed to guests which will include laundry.

Cancellations

1. Cancellation of the booking more than 14 days before check-in date will result in a 50% of the deposit paid, refunded.
2. Cancellation of the booking within 14 days of check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the deposit paid.
3. Cancellation of the booking within 1 day of check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.

Breakage Deposit

1. All our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments requires a R 1500.00 breakage deposit that will be refunded to the guest less any breakage cost.
2. Villas and Larger properties will require larger value.
