CANCELLATION POLICY
• Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check-in date, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
• Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check-in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged
Bookings
- For bookings where the arrival date is more than 7 days in the future, 50% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the check-in date.
- Regular reminders will be sent to settle the outstanding 50% from 7 days prior to arrival. If we have not received the remaining 50% of the booking prior to arrival, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and enforce the cancellation policy.
- If the initial 50% payment has not been received within 48 hours of making the booking, the booking will be cancelled and calendar opened up again.
- For bookings where the arrival date is less than 7 days in the future, 100% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking.
- Under no circumstances will keys be given to the guest until 100% of the booking is paid.
- For every 7 days of occupancy there will be mandatory clean billed to guests which will include laundry.
Cancellations
- Cancellation of the booking more than 14 days before check-in date will result in a 50% of the deposit paid, refunded.
- Cancellation of the booking within 14 days of check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the deposit paid.
- Cancellation of the booking within 1 day of check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.
Breakage Deposit
- All our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments requires a R 1500.00 breakage deposit that will be refunded to the guest less any breakage cost.
- Villas and Larger properties will require larger value.
