Situated in the stunning coastal suburb of Bloubergstrand, Eden on the Bay is one of the most beautiful and exciting holiday destinations in Cape Town, popular with locals and travellers from afar. Between spectacular views of Table Mountain in the distance, golden sunsets and a prime location between the City Centre and the tranquil West Coast, Bloubergstrand is the place to be. Eden on the Bay itself is estate that offer offers it residents direct access to the beach, with no road to cross. In fact, you can have a seat at one of the restaurants downstairs watch the kids play on the beach whilst you have a cocktail - Truly paradise! No need to even get into your car and go to go and buy groceries - There is a large Pick n Pay Supermarket in the estate. More convenient it does not get. The main living area has two couches with a 55" Smart TV that opens up onto two balconies, one being with partial sea views and another that is larger but secluded and more private where you can sit and enjoy a fire or BBQ. Part of the living area is a open plan kitchen with all the applianced you need including washing machines, dishwasher, oven, microwave and many more. The apartment can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests, making it the perfect apartment for business travellers, friends or a family vacation. The main bedroom has a King XL-size bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower. The main bedroom also a built in cinema. The ultimate movie night spot - In a comfy large bed, watching movies with Dolby Atmos Surround Sound for the ultimate cinema experience. The second bedroom a standard size double bed, accessing the shared bathroom fitted with a shower.

Bookings
- For bookings where the arrival date is more than 7 days in the future, 50% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the check-in date.
- Regular reminders will be sent to settle the outstanding 50% from 7 days prior to arrival. If we have not received the remaining 50% of the booking prior to arrival, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and enforce the cancellation policy.
- If the initial 50% payment has not been received within 48 hours of making the booking, the booking will be cancelled and calendar opened up again.
- For bookings where the arrival date is less than 7 days in the future, 100% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking.
- Under no circumstances will keys be given to the guest until 100% of the booking is paid.
- For every 7 days of occupancy there will be mandatory clean billed to guests which will include laundry.
Cancellations
- Cancellation of the booking more than 14 days before check-in date will result in a 50% of the deposit paid, refunded.
- Cancellation of the booking within 14 days of check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the deposit paid.
- Cancellation of the booking within 1 day of check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.
Breakage Deposit
- All our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments requires a R 1500.00 breakage deposit that will be refunded to the guest less any breakage cost.
- Villas and Larger properties will require larger value.
