An inviting study/office area awaits on the upper level, thoughtfully equipped with a monitor for guests to utilize. This serene space serves as an ideal retreat for digital nomads seeking tranquility while working.
The living area is spacious and offers breathtaking vistas from the lounge deck, providing a picturesque backdrop for enjoying mesmerizing sunsets over the ocean.
The kitchen is tastefully designed, showcasing modern aesthetics and equipped with premium Smeg appliances, perfect for culinary enthusiasts.
To tackle potential electricity cuts, a reliable battery/inverter system is installed, guaranteeing uninterrupted power supply for guests around the clock. Please note that the oven will not operate during power outages.
Ample outdoor courtyard space is available for drying clothes and storing outdoor equipment, ensuring practicality and functionality.
For your convenience, underground parking is provided, along with an additional parking bay on the street, offering hassle-free parking options.
Guest access
The entire townhouse is exclusively available for guests who have booked the accommodation for up to six individuals. However, please note that if the booking is for four guests, the third bedroom located downstairs will not be accessible.
Other things to note
The lounge area is equipped with a modern smart television, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite entertainment. Additionally, for those chilly winter evenings, a cozy fireplace is available, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Guests are welcome to utilize the Weber barbecue/braai, perfect for outdoor cooking and creating delicious meals.
To ensure a pristine and well-maintained environment, our dedicated housekeeper will diligently clean the property every Monday. Furthermore, she is available to assist with personal laundry during her working hours from 8 AM to 3:30 PM.
Bookings
- For bookings where the arrival date is more than 7 days in the future, 50% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the check-in date.
- Regular reminders will be sent to settle the outstanding 50% from 7 days prior to arrival. If we have not received the remaining 50% of the booking prior to arrival, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and enforce the cancellation policy.
- If the initial 50% payment has not been received within 48 hours of making the booking, the booking will be cancelled and calendar opened up again.
- For bookings where the arrival date is less than 7 days in the future, 100% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking.
- Under no circumstances will keys be given to the guest until 100% of the booking is paid.
- For every 7 days of occupancy there will be mandatory clean billed to guests which will include laundry.
Cancellations
- Cancellation of the booking more than 14 days before check-in date will result in a 50% of the deposit paid, refunded.
- Cancellation of the booking within 14 days of check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the deposit paid.
- Cancellation of the booking within 1 day of check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.
Breakage Deposit
- All our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments requires a R 1500.00 breakage deposit that will be refunded to the guest less any breakage cost.
- Villas and Larger properties will require larger value.
